[D] Die gebürtige Freiburgerin (*1998) mit italienisch-amerikanisch-deutschen Wurzeln wuchs in ihren ersten neun Lebensjahren in New Jersey bei ihrer italienischen Familie auf und verbrachte ihre Jugend im Schwarzwald. Bereits im Kindesalter entdeckte sie durch ihre Begeisterung für italienische Opern, Big Bands und den Broadway ihre Leidenschaft für Musik. Sie lernte früh Querflöte und Gitarre und stand von 2012 bis 2016 als Nachwuchs-Darstellerin in der Musicalsparte des Freiburger Stadttheaters auf der Bühne.


Nach ihrem Schulabbruch 2016 arbeitete sie zwei Jahre lang als Regieassistentin an insgesamt sechs deutschen Theatern. In dieser Zeit entdeckte sie bei offenen Jam-Sessions und durch den Austausch mit Theatermusikerinnen und -musikern ihre Liebe zum Songwriting und begann, in verschiedenen Bandkonstellationen eigene Songs zu schreiben.


Von 2018 bis 2022 studierte sie Schauspiel an der Hochschule für Schauspielkunst Ernst Busch in Berlin und übernahm seither erste durchgehende Rollen und Hauptrollen in Produktionen für Amazon Prime („Maxton Hall“, „Mandy“), ZDFneo („Jugend“) und RTL+ („Sisi IV“). Am Berliner Ensemble wirkte sie in der Produktion „Schwarzwasser“ als Theatermusikerin mit und arbeitete im Auftrag von BMG und UFA an einem Teil des Soundtracks für die weltweit auf Platz 1 gelistete Amazon/MGM Studios Serie „Maxton Hall“.


2023 veröffentlichte sie ihre soul- und groove-inspirierte Debüt-EP „beyond the sea“ und erreichte 2024 ein breiteres Publikum durch ihre Musik- und Schauspielbeteiligung an „Maxton Hall“. Im Mai 2025 folgte die Single „Fever“, ein mutiger und intimer Track, der ihre sich stetig entwickelnde klangliche Identität weiter prägt. Zeitgleich präsentierte Eli ihre erste Merch-Kollektion in Zusammenarbeit mit Sustainable Merchandising, die ihre künstlerische Vision und ihr Engagement für bewusste Kreativität widerspiegelt.


Mit viel Liebe zu Soul, Jazz, Funk und Pop erschafft sie gemeinsam mit Produzent Jan Gandi seit 2021 einen vielseitigen Sound, der voluminös und intim zugleich ist. Beeinflusst von Künstlerinnen und Künstlern wie Etta James, D’Angelo oder Jungle, arbeitet Eli derzeit an ihrer zweiten EP, die Ende 2026 erscheinen soll. In ihren Texten setzt sie sich mit Identität, Beziehungen, Selbstbild und emotionalen Hürden auseinander. Im November 2025 wird sie erstmals neues Material live in Berlin präsentieren, eine Tour 2026 ist in Planung.

From 2018 to 2022, she studied acting at Berlin’s Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts and has since taken on leading and recurring roles in productions for Amazon Prime (“Maxton Hall”, “Mandy”), ZDFneo (“Jugend”) and RTL+ (“Sisi IV”). At the Berliner Ensemble, she appeared as a theatre musician in the production “Schwarzwasser” and worked with BMG and UFA on part of the soundtrack for the Amazon/MGM Studios global #1 series “Maxton Hall.”


In 2023, Eli released her soul- and groove-infused debut EP “beyond the sea.” The following year, she reached a wider audience through her soundtrack work and on-screen role in “Maxton Hall.” In May 2025, she released her single “Fever,” a bold and intimate track further shaping her evolving sonic identity. Coinciding with the single’s release, Eli launched her first merchandise line in collaboration with Sustainable Merchandising, reflecting her artistic vision and commitment to conscious creativity.
